Played at Victoria Park, pitch 3
Report by Tim Castle

  - One of the hottest days of the year, but tempered by cloud cover.
  - Another steady half-century from Jack Turner, including seven fours. Turner also took two great catches as keeper.
  - Solid support from Ollie Gold (36) after captain Matt Wake (1) was deceived by an inswinger from the Maidens' useful Sam Hitchcock.
  - Middle-order Graham McGee (20 not out) drove the score from 97 to the final tally of 145 after our 16 overs.
  - Mo Najeeb most effective in defending our total, taking 3 wickets for 28 runs.
  - Wake nonchalantly took a spectacular catch, driven back hard off his own bowling, to dismiss the oppo's powerful Jack Espin (20).
  - A wicket also for Ilyas Mansha, caught by Turner behind the stumps.
  - Tight bowling all round (including Hamza Jamshaid, McGee and Jonathan Stebbins) helped constrain the Maidens, who closed 23 runs short of their target.
