We lost by four wickets on a sunny evening. Justin Roy made a
swashbuckling 29 but none of our other batsmen could make a mark and
our 16 overs ended with a hard-to-defend 88.
Peter Henry showed once again how to be bowled in style, a huge
swipe followed by the ball colliding with the stumps. You can see
the full sequence in a new window
here...
Henry, Paul Hosking, and Shaw were all successful with the ball,
picking up a wicket a-piece, but Rose & Crown knocked off the runs
with six overs to spare.
